Did you know that Supported Housing in Partnership has a Linkedin group which has been established to enable SHiP members to participate in discussions about supported housing and ask each other questions. It is still in its infancy but we are hoping members will join and it will become a platform to share and gain information. • Are SHiP members able to share with us any blank templates they use when completing visits on behalf of the Housing Association as they prepare to take handback of properties from managing agents? Ideally this would act as a checklist of items to go through etc.

• Are Managing Agents obliged to PAT test residents electrical items that the landlord don't supply?
